WHAT IS THE SHOW TIME GAME SHOW EXPERIENCE?

Show Time is a fully hosted, TV-style live game show that comes to your office or venue anywhere in the UK. A professional host arrives, sets up in 45 minutes and runs a 90-minute interactive game show for your team. Think Family Fortunes, Higher or Lower and Spin the Wheel but your colleagues are the stars of the show.

Our Survey Says: Guess the most popular answers from a real survey panel. Think Family Fortunes.

Spin the Wheel: Solve word puzzles using our giant game show wheel. Every spin could make or break your team's score.

Higher or Lower: Is the next card higher or lower than the one before? Simple. Brutal. Brilliant.

Right on the Money: Work together to guess the total cost of Show Time's shopping basket. Teamwork essential.

Carrot in a Box: Two identical boxes. One has a carrot. The other is empty. Who's bluffing? Pure psychology, pure chaos.

No general knowledge required. No physical ability needed. Works for every age, every role and every personality.

HOW MUCH DOES THE GAME SHOW EXPERIENCE COST?

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN TAKE PART?

The sweet spot is 20 to 120 people. Everyone is split into teams and competes throughout the show so nobody watches from the sidelines. For larger groups get in touch and we'll discuss the right format for your numbers.

WHERE DO YOU RUN EVENTS?

Anywhere in the UK. We regularly run events across London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and beyond. We come to your office, hired venue or any private space with a bit of room and a plug socket. As long as there is lift access if needed and roughly 3m x 4m of space for the host area, we can make it work.

HOW LONG DOES THE GAME SHOW EXPERIENCE LAST?

The show itself runs for 90 minutes including five rounds and a grand final where the winning team takes the trophy. Allow 45 minutes for setup before and 45 minutes for pack down after. Plan for around three hours in total.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE GAME SHOW EXPERIENCE?

Everything. Full game show setup including professional host in a gold suit, buzzers, big wheel, screens, microphones, lighting and sound system. Setup and full pack down included. We arrive, run the show and leave your space exactly as we found it. You just show up and play.

DO YOU NEED ANY SPECIAL EQUIPMENT OR SPACE?

No. We bring everything with us. You just need a space of roughly 3m x 4m for the host area, a plug socket and lift access if needed. We have run shows in offices, boardrooms, warehouses, pub function rooms, hotel event spaces and more.

IS IT SUITABLE FOR MIXED GROUPS?

Yes. The games are specifically designed for mixed corporate groups — different ages, different roles, different personalities. No specialist knowledge, no physical ability and no prior experience required. Everyone gets involved, including the quiet ones.

WHAT EVENTS IS THE GAME SHOW EXPERIENCE SUITABLE FOR?

The Game Show Experience is commonly booked for corporate team building days, summer parties, Christmas parties, company away days, staff socials, end of quarter celebrations, client entertainment and monthly team socials. It also works brilliantly for private events including birthdays, hen and stag parties and weddings.

CAN WE ADD OUR OWN QUESTIONS?

Yes — we offer a fully bespoke round built around your team, company culture, or event theme, clients names or team members. Custom questions are available for £295 and are one of our most popular add-ons.

DO YOU DO PRIVATE BOOKINGS AS WELL AS CORPORATE EVENTS?

Yes. Alongside corporate events we run the experience for private parties, birthdays, hen and stag dos and weddings. Get in touch with your numbers and date and we will send a quote.

DO YOU HAVE A PUBLIC VENUE?

Yes. On the last Saturday of every month we run a live public game show at Be At One in Soho, London. Tickets are £15 per person. Perfect for groups of friends, birthdays, hen and stag parties or anyone who wants to play without booking a private event. Full details at showtimegameshow.co.uk/venue

HOW DO I BOOK THE GAME SHOW EXPERIENCE?

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

As soon as possible, especially for peak dates. Summer party season runs from May to August and books up fast. Christmas party season from October to December fills up even faster. That said, we do accommodate last-minute bookings where availability allows.

ARE THERE PRIZES?

The winning team receives the coveted Show Time trophy. Additional prizes are entirely up to you. Some clients bring their own, others just compete for the glory. Most people find that is more than enough.
